AI workflow systems for owner-led service businesses

Turn one manual workflow into a system your team can trust.

I design and build fixed-scope AI and automation systems for established small and mid-sized businesses—especially work that still moves through inboxes, PDFs, spreadsheets, and follow-up.

01 / The engagement

One recurring workflow. Ten business days. A working system.

The sprint is intentionally narrow. We trace the work as it actually happens, agree on a visible finish line, and build the smallest reliable system that can carry it.

    Map

    Inputs, owners, handoffs, exceptions.

  2. 02

    Build

The working path and essential connections.

  3. 03

    Review

Real cases, human decisions, visible gaps.

  4. 04

    Hand off

    Documentation, walkthrough, next steps.

One workflow. One defined outcome. No company-wide transformation theatre.

02 / Selected work

Healthcare operations · Private client delivery

A weekly leadership review built around what the owner needs to decide.

I built a private dashboard that brings Jane reports and bank exports into one weekly view of revenue, appointments, therapist capacity, expenses, and the questions that still need checking. Direct client details are removed before reporting data is stored.

The Lineup · Business monitoring

Four AI workers monitor the business—but they cannot quietly change production.

I used to check provider feeds, model runs, customer growth, and business priorities across separate scripts and dashboards. Four workers now watch those areas on a schedule. When one finds a material issue, it records the finding and proposes one next action. Anything that could change production waits for my approval.

Evidence package / review ready

Travel operations · Confidential enterprise work

Evidence assembled around the case instead of chased across systems.

Booking, payment, and communication records were brought together into a tailored evidence package with the final response held for review.
